This service is for the hostess/bride who wants the whole package. We will assist you in planning your event from start to finish. This service can be as broad or as narrow as you choose, depending on the event; however, the following services fall under the "full planning" umbrella:

  • Initial consultation to discuss ideas for event

  • Assistance with theme, color scheme, and event design ideas

  • Assistance with vendor negotiations, venue selection and other rentals

  • Completion of checklists, timelines and itineraries

  • Assistance with invitation selection, catering, and location

  • Supervision of set-up and breakdown of event

This service can be customized many different ways but is structured around taking the majority of the event responsibilities off of you and planning your event in full. This also means a quote will not be provided until the full extent of the event is determined.



This service is for the one who has most of their ideas together and a large portion of what needs to be done for the event completed. This is also considered "Month of Coordination." We will assist you with whatever you need about a month out from your event, or as we like to call them, the final details. You can expect the following:

  • 2-3 meetings with Rebecca Stinson Events to finalize everything for the event

  • Assistance with final checklists, timelines and itineraries

  • Assistance with any last minute design ideas

  • Coordination with vendors about arrival, set-up, breakdown, etc. 

  • Assistance on the day-of with the guests and coordination to ensure your event goes as planned




This service is for the one who just needs help with coordinating their special event on the day of. You can expect the following:


  • 1-2 meetings prior to the event to go over all the details and to create a timeline/schedule

  • Assistance on the day-of with the host/guests/bride/family, etc.

  • Coordination of materials between venues, if necessary

  • Coordination of event schedule


If there is a pre-party to the event where we are needed, there will be an additional charge.




This service is catered toward the design elements only of your event. You can expect the following:


  • Initial consultation to discuss design ideas, themes, colors, flowers, etc.

  • Creation of a beautiful event design (e.g. linens, florals, decor, etc.) 

  • Staging of all furniture and complete table set-up.​

  • Decorating for the event, setting up the day of and cleaning up after the event.


Actual design elements used for the event will be an additional charge, separate from our services. There will also be an additional charge if set-up needs to be done before the day of the event. 


This service is for those that need somewhere to start or need suggestions for their event. It consists of the following:

  • 1.5 to 2.0 hour consultation (after an initial phone or email interview to get the basic details of your event)

  • Rebecca Stinson Events will make suggestions regarding themes, color schemes, event ideas, vendors, an event checklist to help get the ball rolling, and more to help you get on track to planning your perfect event.
