RSE Launch Party
Updated: Jul 23, 2020
Starting this business has been a dream of mine for years, and as an event planner, I knew a launch party was a must! The inspiration came from my secondary logo which has hints of pink and green. I ran with the pink (what girl doesn't love pink!? ) but still wanted to keep a soft, natural vibe by adding fresh greenery. It was such a special moment for me, having all of my dearest friends and family present to celebrate this dream that has become a reality. I am so blessed by my community!
When it came to decor, a large balloon installation was the first thing on my mind. The handy men in my life (my precious husband, father, and father-n-law) built a wall to divide the entrance from the party space to wrap the balloons around. My mother made the logos to adhere to the walls as well! The entire launch was definitely a team effort.
As guests entered, they were able to enjoy a glass of pink lemonade and make their way into the room. We setup food tables on either side of the room to help with the flow, had a 14 foot table across the middle of the room for eating, and soft seating for guests to mingle and relax. I chose to style the wood table three different ways so family and friends could see variety in my design.
We kept the food simple with lots of veggies, fruit, nuts, and cheeses. A pretzel bar was a fun, nostalgic statement that guests loved as well.
Overall, this event brought me great joy. It was the kickoff to a new adventure, a celebration I will treasure for years to come. What made this event the most special was the people who were involved in the planning, who encourage and support me every day. And of course all of the wonderful friends and family who came from near and far to celebrate this new season in my life.
